Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Solene pieces. If something isn’t right, we’ll gladly assist you with an exchange in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.

1. Exchanges

You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with Egyptian law.
To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:

  • Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability. If your requested item is unavailable, you will receive a store credit of equal value.

  • Exchanges are not applicable for items that fall under hygiene-related categories such as undergarments or accessories.

2. Refunds

As per Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, refunds are only issued if the item is defective, damaged, or does not match the product description.
If this occurs, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once inspected and approved, a refund or store credit will be processed using the same payment method.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Solene cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged during return transit.
